Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of the “Hotel Story”.
Check In time is from 14:00. Check Out time is until 12:00. Pets are not allowed. VAT is included in rate. VAT equals 17% of the amount. City Tax and Insurance are VAT exempt. We provide transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport upon availability. Charges will apply. Reception working hours is 24/7. Accommodation for children up to 6 years are free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years of age the room rate is 50% of agreed rate. Early Check In and Late Check Out can be arranged and they are subject to availability.
Payment Policy
Payment for hotel services is settled at the check out of the guest. Hotel accepts Visa / Visa Electron/ MasterCard / Maestro / Diners credit card. Hotel accepts cash payment for all services in local currency. Hotel will accept cash foreign currency just for payment of Accommodation services. Credit card preauthorisation or deposit will be asked at the Check In for guarantee. The amount to be taken equals the amount of Accommodation total. Hotel has the right to use Credit card details after the reservations has been made through hotel's website for guarantee reasons.
Cancellation Policy
For reservations made with Standard rates through our website, rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to three days before the arrival date. If the room is cancelled inside these three days, total of first night's stay will be charged. In case of a No Show, total of first night's stay will be charged.
For reservations made as an Advance purchase, as described on rate reservation, whole amount of accommodation will be taken from the guest 24 hours after the booking and this amount is nonrefundable.
Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms & Conditions along with any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within this Site (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) and all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Your submission of information on this Site is subject to Hyatt’s Global Privacy Policy for Guests (available at privacy.hyatt.com), which is hereby incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
